Vitamins for Dogs, especially Boxers!
'Vitamins for Dogs' does NOT imply "supplements" but rather is meant, first and foremost, to provide a check list against which to measure your Boxer's food. Ideally that is where he will get his required daily vitamins and minerals. However, if your buddy has a diagnosed condition, our glossary may help you to identify which questions to ask your veterinarian. If you aren't a professional breeder, asking your vet before administering ANY supplements is a must do! Vitamins and minerals administered incorrectly can do more harm than good. Here we are careful to try to cover all of the predispositions we have found so far for the breed. We focus on on viatmins that can alleviate or slow genetic problems, and prevent predisposed acquired illnesses. Additionally, we hope to have presented this data in a fashion that his conducive to tailoring a diet to your specific Boxer. Later we will provide a case study of how we did just that for one of our ladies, who besides being a 'normal' Boxer (subject to 'normal' predispositions) also had some dodgy liver function tests as a pup. See us later. Hate to keep repeating ourselves but, we are a new site, born June 10, 2010. We have a lot of content to upload, the only constraint is time... so bear with us and keep checking back.
